Bigstone Business Services Ltd. in Wabasca, AB is seeking an experienced Alberta Registries Clerk to join our talented Health Team. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assess and complete product and service transactions, accurately, confidentially and in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service.
  • Follow policies and procedures for each transaction.
  • Answer over-the-phone inquiries.
  • Handle payments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to sensitive customer information.
  • Effectively carry out duties, under the direction of the Manager.
  • Must have proven ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Other duties as required by the Manager.


  • Business Administration Certificate or Diploma preferred and/or High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma
  • Previous Registries experience is an asset
  • Ability to speak Cree is preferred

Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
