Bigstone Business Services Ltd. in Wabasca, AB is seeking an experienced Alberta Registries Clerk to join our talented Health Team. This is a rewarding opportunity if you have an appreciation for First Nation culture, a desire for continuing professional development and enjoy the support and collaboration from our multidisciplinary team and various other professionals and agencies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess and complete product and service transactions, accurately, confidentially and in a timely manner.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Follow policies and procedures for each transaction.
- Answer over-the-phone inquiries.
- Handle payments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to sensitive customer information.
- Effectively carry out duties, under the direction of the Manager.
- Must have proven ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Other duties as required by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration Certificate or Diploma preferred and/or High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma
- Previous Registries experience is an asset
- Ability to speak Cree is preferred
Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
