This is a group of community members that are meeting to support each other

The group is a safe place to speak, be heard and to listen to others

This is for people who have previously or are still struggling with alcohol and drugs

The group focuses on psychoeducation with a new topic each week that is designed as an open forum for discussion and a way of releasing pent up emotions

The objective of the group is to provide a starting point to look at personal struggles and what needs to be done to overcome those struggles

It’s time for everyone to come together and lean on each other to beat past habits
