Our Mission
To improve parenting skills and the quality of the home environment
Decrease unintentional injury.
Improve detection and management of postpartum depression.

Increase rates of breastfeeding.
Improve quality of social supports to mothers.
Promote reproductive and preconception health activities to the youth and young adults.
Improve health outcome for which no other funding is available.
Our services are designed for pregnant moms and families with children ages 0-6 who live primarily on reserve
• Home visits to provide individualized assessments and teaching
• Group crafting and learning sessions to increase skills
• Case management and referrals to improve access to services for families and reduce gaps
• Parenting classes will be starting (stay tuned for postings)
Home visits are done in each client’s home- Home visits are scheduled on an individual basis that works for both the family and the home visitor
Group sessions are offered in the Health Commission board room, every second Wednesday.
